• Carried out a market study on the non industrial and power generation market in the country, in advance of a major project development.

• Undertook a technical assessment of gas use prospects for industrial, commercial and domestic sectors, deriving estimates of gas demand. Conceptual determination of gas pipeline arrangements to supply centres of demand and the local distribution networks necessary to supply low pressure gas users in urban areas. Developed gas system capital and operating cost estimates.

• Performed an in-country survey in order to verify or update previous information and proposals.
