Project: Technical Due Diligence
Country: Egypt
Client: An Oil Major
• EML carried out an assessment of the technical competence of a gas company in Egypt prior to the client acquiring a controlling interest, including the assessment of the company employees and contractors to ensure all were competent to undertake safe gas installation work and system operations.

• A due diligence was undertaken using in-country standards where appropriate (EGPC) and international standards elsewhere. The findings were reported and recommendations made on what was needed to bring operations up to standard.

• We subsequently performed a follow-up technical review of operational changes and performance.
