• Provided a full regulatory and tariff support service to Metrogas for the first post privatisation five yearly price review, including pricing, cost of service, international benchmarking, tariff conditions and other services. The arguments mainly centred around the recovery of gas transportation costs for the distribution company.

• For the privatisation of the Argentine state gas company, the single monopoly company was separated into two transportation and eight distribution companies. Our personnel managed and directed the entire preparation of the competitive bid for the acquisition of Metrogas (the largest of the distribution companies, serving central Buenos Aires).
