• Support & advice for gas supply contract formulation and negotiations, together with advice on gas purchasing and sales strategy and analysis on gas pricing mechanisms. Our expertise also covers representing clients in disputes on gas contracts covering both the commercial and technical aspects.

• Economic and financial analysis, and project appraisal of existing transmission, distribution and storage companies as well as greenfield projects in the same areas. We also provide advice and assistance on project finanacing.

• Feasibility, due diligence and market studies for clients looking at acquisitions of existing downstream companies and/or assets and clients seeking to develop new gas projects. This advice also extends to financial institutions lending to such projects.

• Advice on gas trading strategy and processes, risk management, trading and commercial operations, including all aspects of front, middle and back office operations. We have been particularly instrumental in assisting a number of established and new entrant companies in setting up trading operations in the European markets and helping them put in place the appropriate systems, policies and procedures.
